Gamma Guaymas Armida Hotel - San Carlos Nuevo Guaymas

The check-in process was infuriatingly slow! It took nearly an hour to get into our room, ridiculous. We were given a cramped, depressing room that barely accommodated our small pet. After requesting a different room, it took an eternity for the staff to confirm this change, wasting even more of our time! On top of that, the final price was much higher than what was advertised and breakfast wasn't included as promised. Absolutely unacceptable!

I have stayed in double room with the large King bed for 1 night.

Fairly clean, pet-friendly hotel. What an excellent and extremely friendly staff! Well stocked and pet-friendly unit with a king bed. Wonderful location in the area during the winter seasson and easy access to convenience stores and shops. Savoury food in the casual restaurant...

It was just a suitable option for getting around the area in Guaymas with decent value for money. The pool area and garden were nice, giving a bit of relaxation after a long day. Bring your own coffee if you're a serious coffee drinker.

The staff was very helpful and excellent - I would not hesitate to return there. Loved the place, had a pleasant stay on Night 5 of a 6 night road trip. The location was comfy and stunning, in the El Oeste restaurant! It was also next to Guaymas, Sonora, northern Mexico as well as the harbor, the plaza, the old church.

Nothing could have been better.

They gave us pet-friendly room with a king bed. Besides, the location was comfortable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Miguel Hidalgo Square.

The beds are comfy like really, we had a good sleep every night! The staff actually offers dog beds and dishes which was nice, seemed like a small touch but it was nice.

It wasn't quite cheap though still somewhat acceptable for what we got.

The charming decor of the gardens made me feel at home, and the easy access to the dining area was perfect for lingering over meals without hassle.

This hotel suits me perfectly! Wi-Fi, free parking, and a great outdoor swimming pool. On my first visit, staff helped me find delicious food, which I still remember. Highly recommend you try it too! I'll be back next year.

The outdoor pool area was my favorite. It offered such a relaxing vibe 🏊‍♀️ The room was clean but felt outdated, lacking that modern touch. A decent stay.

The superior room had a lovely view of the garden and pool, a peaceful retreat. The on-site 'old west' restaurant was a fun spot for a meal and had a great atmosphere filled with unique trophies. It was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was wonderful and cooked fresh daily. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area by the pool. the room could have used a better cleaning.
